În baza certificatului de garanție emis, producătorul ofera servicii de reparație gratuite pe perioada de garanțtie a fiecărui produs.

Condițiile de acordare a garanției pot varia în funție de producător si sunt stabilite în ploiticile comerciale ale acestora.

Asistență tehnică

Produsele noastre vin însoțite de carte tehnică pentru ușoara instalare si utilizare a produselor.

În plus, acestea beneficiază de asistență tehnică de la producător, pe toată durata de utilizare.

Expediere

Durata de expediere a produselor depinde de valabilitatea acestora în stocul magazinleor sau a producătorilor.

Produsele pot fi livrate atât din Europa cât și din Asia sau Statele Unite, astfel durata de livrare poate fi diferită de la un produs la altul.

Durata medie de livrare a produselor noastre este de 10 - 15 zile, dar aceasta poate ajunge pana la 45 de zile pentru anumite produse. Dacă doriți sa aflați durata exactă de expediere a unui produs, vă rugăm sa ne scrieti la adresa de email contact@digimart.ro.
Pentru achiziții în valoare de peste 750 lei, beneficiați de transport gratuit.

Retururi

În cazul în care nu sunteți 100% mulțumit de produsul cumpărat, acesta poate fi returnat în termen de 14 zile de la momentul primirii acestuia. Costul transportului inițial nu este returnat, iar plata returului va fi suportată de cumpărător.

Banii vor fi restituiți cumpărătorului în termen de maxim 30 de zile de la data primirii produsului returnat.
